1. No model training on your data
Data you send through M.O. LABS products - voice notes, text, catalogue content, inventory records - is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. All AI processing runs under zero-retention agreements with our model providers.
2. We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, broker, or share personal data with third parties for their marketing. Data is shared only with the subprocessors required to operate the service (cloud hosting, AI processing under zero-retention), each bound by contract.
3. What we collect
Contact form submissions (name, email, company, message), product usage telemetry required to operate the service, and billing details where applicable. Nothing else. No advertising trackers.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time through any contact form on this site. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
