Zero Data Retention API Models
Every AI model in our pipeline runs under zero-retention agreements. Your audio, text, and records are processed in memory and never stored, logged, or reused by the model provider. Inputs vanish the moment the structured output returns.

Encryption in Transit & at Rest
All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Keys are managed with hardware-backed KMS, rotated automatically, and never touch application code.

AWS / GCP Hosting Regions
Infrastructure runs on AWS and GCP in SOC-audited regions. EU customers are pinned to EU regions; US customers to US regions. Region selection is contractual, not best-effort.
